This policy describes how Kupid Team (“we”) handles personal data when you use the Kupid website, web app, and Android app (the “Service”).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email, display name, and a password hash if you register with email.
• Social login: if you continue with X, Google, or Naver, we receive the identifier, name, and email those providers give us for sign-in. X is used only via GET /2/users/me. We do not read your posts, followers, or DMs, and we do not post on your behalf.
• Service content: chats, files you attach, settings, routines, and related product records.
• Usage and device data: IP address, user agent, error logs, approximate location from IP for security, and token-usage counters needed to apply your plan.
• Cookies and similar storage: see the Cookie Policy. Session tokens (JWT) keep you signed in.
• Analytics (public website only, after you Accept cookies): Google Analytics 4 events such as page view, screen name, labeled clicks, login, sign-up, checkout, and purchase. Processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Chat bodies and email addresses are not sent. A hashed account id may be used as user_id. The web app and iOS/Android app WebViews do not load Google Analytics or send events to it.

2. How we use it

We use this data to create and authenticate your account, operate AI teammates, apply plan limits, keep the Service secure, and communicate about the product. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not use your private chats or attached files to train foundation models.

3. AI processing

Prompts, tool results, and related context are sent to model providers as needed to generate replies and carry out your requests. Use the account-connection features for login credentials; avoid including passwords or other sensitive information in ordinary chats.

4. Sharing

Hosting, CDN, and infrastructure processors (including Cloudflare) process requests to run the Service. On the public website only, if you Accept cookies, Google Analytics processes measurement events as described above. We disclose data when required by law or to protect the Service and other users.

5. Retention

We keep account data while the account exists. Chat images may be deleted from disk after a stated period. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize linked identifiers except records we must keep for security or law.

6. Age requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over.

7. Your choices

You may access or update profile fields in the Dashboard, change your password there, and request deletion by contacting us through the Service. You may reject non-essential cookies.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 선택 분석 정보(공개 웹사이트에서만, 쿠키 허용 시): 페이지 조회, 화면 이름, 버튼 클릭, 로그인, 가입, 결제, 구매 이벤트를 Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC의 Google Analytics 4로 처리합니다. 채팅 본문과 이메일 주소는 전송하지 않습니다. 재방문 집계에 해시 처리한 계정 식별자를 사용할 수 있습니다. 웹 앱과 iOS·Android 앱 웹뷰에서는 Google Analytics를 불러오거나 이벤트를 전송하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

수집한 정보는 계정 생성·인증, AI 팀원 운영, 요금제 한도 적용, 서비스 보안과 제품 안내에 사용합니다. 개인정보를 광고주나 데이터 중개업체에 판매하지 않습니다.

비공개 채팅과 첨부 파일을 기초 AI 모델의 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.

3. AI 처리

답변 생성과 요청한 업무 처리에 필요한 입력 내용, 도구 실행 결과와 관련 정보를 AI 모델 제공업체에 전송합니다. 로그인 정보는 계정 연결 기능을 이용하고, 일반 채팅에는 비밀번호 등 민감한 정보를 입력하지 않도록 주의해 주세요.

4. 정보 공유

Cloudflare를 포함한 호스팅·콘텐츠 전송·인프라 제공업체가 서비스 운영에 필요한 요청을 처리합니다. 공개 웹사이트에서만 선택 쿠키를 허용한 경우 Google Analytics가 위에 설명한 분석 이벤트를 처리합니다. 법령에 따른 의무 이행이나 서비스·이용자 보호를 위해 필요한 경우 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

5. 보관 및 삭제

계정 유지 기간 동안 계정 정보를 보관합니다. 채팅 이미지는 안내된 보관 기간이 지나면 삭제될 수 있습니다. 계정을 삭제하면 보안 또는 법령상 보관이 필요한 기록을 제외한 계정 식별 정보를 삭제하거나 익명화합니다.

6. 이용 연령

만 18세 이상 이용자를 위한 서비스입니다.

7. 이용자의 선택

대시보드에서 프로필을 확인·수정하거나 비밀번호를 변경할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 삭제는 서비스 내 문의 채널로 요청할 수 있으며, 선택 쿠키는 거부할 수 있습니다.
